Color Help

OK, so I have this sketch from like ages ago, that I may or may not have done for photoshop class and kinda didn't finish, but any ways, I want to finish it finally but I need help. I, for the life of me, can't think of what color to use, any suggestions would be awesome.

Well, now I have created my very first Blog, I feel awkward. I am hoping to post art up here soon but for now...nothing. Ha
